This has been a very exciting year for everyone who is a part of the AMORES project. We have all worked very hard on our main goal – fostering a love of literature in children through digital collaboration and creativity. There were two partner meetings, in Greece and in Denmark, and a workshop for teachers in the UK. There was a six-week online course which focused on allowing teachers to experiment with various ICT tools to create digital artefacts and share these with students from other countries. There were also two videoconferences during which we all got together to plan the details of the implementation stage of the project. These are just some of the milestones that we’ve shared with you over the past months.

A presentation on AMORES was held at the CARNet User Conference (CUC) in Croatia on 20 November. The presentation was part of the EU Arena – an opportunity to briefly present various EU-funded projects in the area of
educational technology, in order to facilitate project cooperation and widen the potential impact of project results. |
