As the project draws to a close, the findings were shared at the European Conference on Information Literacy. The conference took place in Tallinn, Estonia, in the period 19-23 October. In the session on digital literacy Geoff Walton of Northumbria University presented the paper titled Digital Literacy for School Teachers: A Participatory Approach, jointly authored by himself, Janet Hetherington of Staffordshire University and Mark Childs of Coventry University.
The response to the presentation was excellent, and some of the findings as well as the novel way of gathering data (using student maze books) were shared on social media, particularly Twitter, by conference participants.
