Completed Deliverable
(D1.1) State of the art in pedagogies employing e-artefacts (EN)
This is a literature review on the current status of the use of e-artefacts in learning and teaching, specifically in the use of them in teaching national literatures, and a synthesis of best practice from information from the use of e-artefacts at partner schools. The literature review is compiled from reports and from academic papers in the field, with input from all partners and synthesised by Coventry University. This is a public document, and serves as a standalone output from the project, but the information within it is also used to design the pilot pedagogy to be implemented in subsequent stages of the project.

(D2.4) Learning materials for teachers on interactive ICT tools in teaching national and European literature ( EN)
Learning materials enable teachers to develop basic skills necessary for use of interactive ICT tools for creating e-artefacts effectively and for creating activities envisaged in methodologies which motivate students to read and learn about their national literature and national literatures of other European countries. Learning materials are used for teachers training but teachers participating in the training can use them for future reference. They are also published as OER (Open Educational Resources) so other teachers can use them for self-paste learning. The learning materials are  in a digital form ready for online delivery. Available for access immediately after registering your details

(D2.7) Methodology for teachers in teaching national and European literature supported by interactive ICT tools (EN)
The new methodology focuses on improving students engagement with literature through interactive and collaborative use of ICT to create e-artefacts, critically reflect on their production and participate in social interaction. For example, students from Poland might read a fairy tale, create and perform a play based on it, make a video, publish it and discuss it with their peers from Sweden. The new methodology includes instructional strategies, teaching methods and learning activities as well.   Available to download immediately after registering your details

(D3.1) Pilot design report (English,Croatian, Polish, Danish, Swedish)
Before actual implementation of a pilot, a pilot design report is developed. It represents a pilot plan which includes research questions, methods used, expected outcomes and all other elements that make sure that each partner participating in the pilot has a common understanding of it. It is also used as a guide for participating partners and as a basis for coordination and monitoring for a lead partner. Currently only the English version of this document is available. Translations into other languages of the project are in progress.

(D6.1) Dissemination Action Plan (EN)
A Dissemination Action Plan (DAP) is developed in order to specify at each specific stage of the project, what should be disseminated and at which target groups as well as by which methods and by whom.  Its first version was delivered by the first month of the project as soon as its draft version is discussed at the kick-off meeting along with all the partners in order to establish common goals and confirm strong engagement by all partners.

(D6.3) Logo Competition (EN)
One of the most essential elements for a successful dissemination is to create a brandname for the project with the direct involvement of stakeholders. In this respect, the project first initiated a logo competition externally with the participation of teachers and schools in order to design on paper or electronically the logo of the project. The winning school or individual received a prize as well as their logo that were used for the logo of all project publications (project website, deliverables, press releases, dissemination material, etc)

(D6.4) Online Leaflet (EN plus all partner's languages)
We developed an online leaflet that is linked with the project website and allows us to monitor also its insights (who has read all content, origin, who clicked on the leaflet links, etc).
Available from the homepage as info in all partners' languages.
Completed Deliverable
(D6.5) Press releases (EN plus all Partners’ languages)
A press kit (a series  of press releases) have been issued and are available from the project website
Available from the press kit page

(D6.6) National Dissemination Events (EN plus local language)
Each partner is responsible also to promote the project nationally by first preparing a monitoring contact list of key contacts from the stakeholders (e.g. teachers, standardisation bodies, digital content providers, schools, teacher associations, policy makers, etc) and then organise at least one national event (workshop, small conference, press conference, email campaign on key events) to be organised during the project by each partner.
On going - Check our dissemination events in our News section.

(D2.6) Revised learning materials for teachers on interactive ICT tools in teaching national and European literature (English,Croatian, Polish, Danish, Swedish)
The information on satisfaction and attitudes towards learning materials and training delivery was collected both from learners and instructors by using questionnaires and interviews. The evaluation conducted both as formative (during the course) and summative (at the end of the course). The third method of evaluation was the analysis of learning materials against the 5C Model developed by Belfer. After the evaluation is conducted, the revision of learning materials are done in accordance with the evaluation report. After the training delivery, evaluation and revision, the materials are  published as Open Educational Resources so teachers who do not participate in the project can use them.   Currently the English version, Croatian and Swedish versions of these materials are available. Translations into other languages of the project are in progress.

(D3.5) Documentation of the pilot project processes (English,Croatian, Polish, Danish, Swedish)
Photos produced by teachers and students in partner schools are published and shared on the project social platform (Flicker).
Videos documenting the implementation of the methodology and presenting students and teachers experience are produced. The videos last about 2-5 minutes and are uploaded on the social network platform (youtube) and later on used for dissemination of the project. Learner and teacher voices are documented in logbooks. Students’ posters are produced at the end of the pilot implementation and contain an overview of the project from at student’s perspective. The posters are also used for dissemination of the project.Posters are used at the final event and for the dissemination of the project, locally, nationally, regionally and internationally. The posters are available in a digital format. Each partner school produced an electronic article about their experience in the pilot. The articles are available on the project web site. The articles will be used in the dissemination phase.

(D3.6) Collection of e-artefacts (English,Croatian, Polish, Danish, Swedish)
During the pilot project the students in participating schools have created e-artefacts based on national literature. The specific form of e-artefacts depends on developed teaching methodology and selected appropriate tools. In general, e-artefacts take the following forms: text, audio, video, image, animation or combination of mentioned forms. Depending on the forms, e-artefacts produced by school students are published on different existing web services.

(D4.1) Evaluation Report (English)
The evaluation report is drawn from: a) The teachers and students feedback in interviews, b) A questionnaire based on the question from the needs analysis and c) Analysis of the deliverables produced by students and teachers in WP 3 that reflect on their experiences through the collected videos, posters, articles and digital media. This is a series of case studies, one for each of the target schools.  These case studies are accompanied by a cross-case synthesis, drawing out commonalities and comparisons between the implementation at each of the schools and identifying best practice as determined by these experiences. The evaluation report will be accompanied by guidelines for teachers in the use of e-artefacts in the teaching of national literatures and suggestions for future research.

(D4.2) Revised methodology and training materials (English, Croatian, Polish, Danish, Swedish)
The data and evaluation report produce a series of discoveries about the best practice for using e-artefacts in in learning and teaching of national literatures to enhance literacies, to improve student motivation, engagement and self-efficacy and to improve knowledges of national literatures and their role in European culture. These discoveries are used to refine the pedagogical models used in learning and teaching, and to create improved training materials for workshops that train teachers how to use these pedagogical models in practice.
Actually D4-2 consists of two deliverables
  • D4.2.1 Revised Methodology available after registration
  • D4.2.2 Revised Training materials in English (Direct Link)
  • D4.2.2 Revised Training materials in Swedish (Direct Link)
